Women’s Psilocybin Retreat
24–29 April 2026 · The Place to Be, Netherlands
We are delighted to offer a female founded and led retreat programme, designed for women who would like a safe and deeply nurturing environment for empowering change.
Over five nourishing nights in the Dutch countryside, a beautiful group of women will gather for a deeply supported legal psilocybin retreat blending ceremony, therapeutic holding, neuroscience and ancient practices.
In addition to our live calls we have a self led online programme with a women- focused curriculum. During the in person retreat we will also use a range of modalities including breathwork, yoga, sound healing, fire ritual, movement, meditation and time in nature.
Who this retreat is for
We welcome sisters, mothers, daughters, grandmothers, and close friends who feel called to inner work and to the profound shifts that unfold when women journey together.
This space is for women who sense a deep yearning to be more expressed, less apologetic, and more authentic and embodied in who they truly are.
It is especially suited to those exploring identity, relational patterns, trauma, life transitions, and women’s wellbeing across the lifespan.

You might feel called if you:
- Sense that “something needs to shift” and you are ready for deeper alignment.
- Have experience with therapy or personal development and feel ready to work with psilocybin in a safe and structured way.
- Are navigating menstrual cycle-related difficulties, fertility, motherhood, peri/ menopause, loss or trauma and want a compassionate space to explore these experiences.
- Long for a circle of women where your story, body and emotions are welcome, without performance or pressure.
- Looking to foster meaningful deep connections, supportive community and friendships long after the retreat ends.
- No prior psychedelic experience is required; careful screening and preparation ensure that this is an appropriate pathway for you at this time.
- Ongoing wellbeing workshops in London, offering participants a space to stay connected with their retreat group while cultivating a supportive, like-minded community.
- Are looking to explore psychedelics in a very safe and structured programme with rigorous screening, ethical practice and dignified, trauma-informed care for each participant.
What’s included
Across three phases, the journey begins with screening and preparation, followed by the group retreat and after you will be supported through our comprehensive integration programme, all designed by trauma informed psychotherapist and a medical doctor, specialising in psychedelic work.

The Women’s Programme
Beyond the ceremonies themselves, the women’s programme is designed as a container for self-exploration, discovery and discussion that honours the complexity of women’s lives.
It integrates neuroscience, depth psychology and myth with body-based and relational practices, all held in a spirit of curiosity rather than self-fixing.
Themes may include:
- Feminine archetypes and the heroine’s journey
- Hormonal health across the lifespan: menstrual cycle related disorders, fertility, motherhood, peri/menopause, miscarriage, abortion and sexual health
- Trauma, attachment, boundaries and self-worth in relationships
- Working with shame, anger, grief and desire as intelligent expressions of the psyche
- Herbal and natural supports, ritual and everyday practices to sustain connection beyond the retreat
